Jeremy and his team sold our house! In a market that was barely moving, my home was able to catch several eyes due to our amazing landscaping in our front yard. Admittedly, we hadn’t planned to move when we had the landscaping put in and I miss the curbside appeal which is why I’ll continue to work with M.L.D.S on my new home. Excellent quality, excellent speed.
4/17/15 – Jeremy, I am not sure when you stopped by our home but after your response to our email we started removing the bulbs that afternoon. Over the next several days we filled (2) grocery size bags full of old bulbs. See the attached photo. So far we have pulled 83 bulbs from the small bed in front of our porch and hope that no additional flowers appear. These bulbs only sat 3-4 inches deep in the ground so it is obvious that no one attempted to dig out any of the old plantings. I understand that the flowers were not in bloom at the time of installation last October but they were in bloom during your initial visit with us last spring. During that visit we discussed that we no longer wanted these perennials and it was one of our main reasons for wanting new landscaping.
I cannot recommend Michigan Landscape Design Services enough. Jeremy is very thorough and does his job extremely well. He met with us, listened to our likes and dislikes, took into account our busy family life and then designed a phenomenal landscape plan for our yard. Our yard went from worst (really) to first. Everything works together, accenting the best parts of our house and yard. From the lovely paver path that gently winds up to the front door, to the amazing fire pit where we can sit and enjoy the gorgeous back yard. The crew are amazing and hardworking and take pride in the job they do. It is truly a wonderful feeling to look out at the yard, now and not be embarrassed when people walk by.
